This talk will give Hawaii’s digital media businesses valuable insights about the investor sector that include smaller and newer funds for “Seed to Series A” investments rounds in Southern California. Online and mobile e-commerce companies, multi-channel networks, game and app developers are often the attention of these investors. Accelerators such as Amplify, Mucker Labs, River, and Disney Tech Stairs provide the clue on the special route taken to prepare digital media companies for the inevitable launch.

Mr. Boggs is a partner in Manatt’s Corporate/Finance, Capital Markets and Venture Capital practice areas. Mr. Boggs chairs the firm’s nationwide Business Development Committee and serves on the Compensation Committee and Executive Committee. He also chairs Manatt’s Digital Media Practice Group.
